The Bureaucrat

The bureaucrat is the embodiment of the narrowminded, vindictive, jobsworth who is conducting a personal crusade to thwart the hopes and ambitious of the private citizen. In his position of power, sitting on the throne of shattered dreams he points maliciously to his book of regulations, telling yet another unsuccessful applicant - "No you can't". His life is bound up in red tape as is his body and his piles of files; resting securely on the solid stone block of his official power.
